Any quotation and any accompanying documentation are provided solely for the use of the intended recipient and may not be reproduced, distributed, or disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of LPB Chauffeurs.
All quotations provided by LPB Chauffeurs are fully inclusive of applicable charges known at the time of booking, including airport drop-off and pick-up fees, toll charges, parking charges where specified, and any other associated operational costs unless otherwise stated.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of either full payment or a non-refundable 50% deposit. Where a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be settled no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the service. Payment can be made securely via the payment link provided on the invoice.
LPB Chauffeurs reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment terms have not been met.
LPB Chauffeurs shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, missed connections, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, road closures, traffic incidents, vehicle accidents, industrial action, or force majeure events.
Any amendments to a confirmed booking must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service and remain subject to availability and approval by LPB Chauffeurs.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all booking information provided, including passenger details, flight information, collection addresses, and contact details, is accurate and complete at the time of booking.
Airport arrivals include a complimentary waiting period of up to 60 minutes from the flight’s actual landing time unless otherwise stated. Additional waiting time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. Any deposit paid is non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, any refund shall be at the sole discretion of LPB Chauffeurs and may be subject to the deduction of any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Any damage, excessive soiling, spillages, smoking, or cleaning required as a result of a passenger’s actions may incur additional charges. Such charges will be applied at the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, or cleaning.
LPB Chauffeurs reserves the right to substitute a vehicle with another vehicle of equal or higher standard should operational requirements make the originally allocated vehicle unavailable.
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner. LPB Chauffeurs reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger’s behaviour poses a risk to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.
LPB Chauffeurs’ liability shall be limited to the value of the booking. Under no circumstances shall LPB Chauffeurs be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, missed events, loss of earnings, accommodation costs, or any other consequential damages.
Complimentary bottled water is provided in all vehicles. Additional refreshments may be supplied at the discretion of LPB Chauffeurs and subject to availability.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. LPB Chauffeurs reserves the right to amend pricing after this period.
Any additional stops, route changes, extensions to the booked service, or variations requested by the client during the journey may incur additional charges at the applicable rate.
Where a booking exceeds the agreed duration due to client requests, passenger delays, changes to the itinerary, event overruns, or circumstances attributable to the client, additional waiting time and service charges may apply.
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
